With 20+ years of experience in Restaurant Operations/Technology and Customer Success, Lindsay is a seasoned leader with expertise in direct sales, scaling SaaS companies from Seed to IPO, and all things Customer Lifecycle.

Lindsay started her career in technology at OpenTable, helping to bridge the gap between the hospitality and software industries. She has worked for seed-funded start-ups and large publicly traded companies alike and has managed international teams around the globe.

Using data, analytics, customer insight, and her 20 years of experience, Lindsay leads with a team-centric approach. Her favorite place to be is at a table in “the room where it happens,” surrounded by different ideas and points of view.

Lindsay lives in Massachusetts with her daughter and husband, Brad, and works passionately on behalf of charities that seek to end food insecurity and childhood hunger. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Emerson College in Business Communications and French.
