Dr. William F. Coyro, Jr., DDS, Senior Director, General Management Executive

Dr. Coyro counsels early and mid-stage companies with growth and profitability strategy and execution.

He founded and managed TechTeam Global, which went from a start-up to a $170 M publicly traded Computer Services Company, listed on the NASDAQ-NM Exchange. TechTeam had offices throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, that employed 2,500 computer and business professionals. Under Dr. Coyro’s leadership, TechTeam Global was recognized by Governor John Engler in 1993, 1996, and 1997 as one of “Michigan’s TOP 10 Performing companies”.

In addition, the Company received the “Michigan Leading Edge Technologies Award” from the Michigan Technology Council. TechTeam was ranked #47 in 1994 and #32 in 1995 on Business Week’s “Hot Growth Companies Report”. This report lists the “100 Best Small Corporations in America” as selected by Business Week Magazine. TechTeam Global was also recognized in November 1994 as one of the “Best Small Companies in America” by Forbes Magazine. In 1996 the Company was listed by Fortune Magazine as “One of the 100 Fastest Growing Companies in America” and by Forbes Magazine as “One of the Best 200 Small Companies in America”.

Dr. Coyro, a practicing dentist for many years, is a graduate of The University of Detroit, Mercy, The University of  Michigan, and holds a DDS degree from The University of Detroit, Mercy.
