February 15, 2024
“I became resilient because I realized that there was no stability. It’s an illusion.”
Today we’re joined by Paul Fioravanti, CEO of Qorval Partners. When I sat down with Paul today, I could tell he knew his shit.
I got the feeling like he’s been working at his craft for a long time and has a deep well of knowledge and life experiences to pull from, and I was curious to know if his demeanor was something he was born with or developed over time.
In the first half of the podcast, we cover some of the basics of what Paul does at Qorval. In the second half, we dive into more personal topics on how his view of life, working, opportunities, etc. has changed from the time he was in his 30’s until now.
Paul has been turning businesses around for over a decade. He will step in as an Interim CEO to solve issues around financials, operations, or sales/marketing.
If you’re in your mid 20’s to mid 30’s and you have a drive to do something great with your life and career, but you struggle with the feeling like you need to be constantly doing something to move closer to your goals… don’t miss this one.
