Paul Fioravanti joins Qorval as Managing Director

Paul Fioravanti, MBA, MPA, CAGS, has joined Qorval as Managing Director and will be managing engagements in the New England, New York and New Jersey markets, as well as handling specific engagements in Southwest Florida.

Fioravanti is a seasoned C-level executive with extensive experience in COO, CFO and CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) roles including leading a startup company to the Inc. 500 for four consecutive years. He has also worked on consulting engagements in consumer packaged goods, automotive, manufacturing, renewable energy, telecommunications and has spearheaded successful startups and turnarounds. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise from a variety of industries including publicly and privately held companies, energy and utility companies, construction and infrastructure services, and transportation logistics and equipment rental companies. Well versed in key operational methodologies (LEAN, 55, Six Sigma), Fioravanti holds three degrees from The University of Rhode Island (BS, MPA, MBA), an advanced degree from Bryant University, and is a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island.

Qorval, which was formed in 2003 and is based in Naples, FL, specializes in providing hands‐on expertise to underperforming companies, both domestic and international. Specific areas of experience include financial advisory services, turnarounds and workouts, crisis and interim management, creditor recovery services, business systems and process optimizations, mergers and acquisition integration, investment platform build‐outs, operational due diligence and restructuring counsel.
