David M. Weinstein, MBA, CTP

Senior Managing Director/Strategic Lending Advisor

David M Weinstein, CTP is Strategic Advisor to Qorval Partners, LLC. He brings more than 40 years of senior credit, workout and restructuring experience across various industries including retail and consumer goods, manufacturing, automotive and aviation. He has versatile experience as an advisor, most recently as Practice Leader for the Southeast for CohnReznick, and various creditors that have given him an insider’s knowledge of both lender and creditor positions, capital sourcing, and workouts and restructuring in and out of court. Having been a senior lender, chief credit officer and corporate consultant, he brings his experience from both sides of the table to all his engagements. He has been involved with the TMA for 30 plus years having served on the Global Board in numerous positions, as previous President of the New York City and Connecticut Chapters and as the current President of the Florida Chapter and Vice President of Standards for the CTP Certification Oversight Committee, the governing body for CTP and CTA’s. Mr. Weinstein holds a BA in Political Science and Economics and an MBA in Finance from Pace University where he also served as Adjunct Faculty for the Lubin School of Business.
