Jon Verbeck, CPA

Jon Verbeck has 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of operating and developing small and medium sized companies. Jon has worked with a wide range of clients to develop strategies and to help drive results.

These experiences include operational business consulting for:

  • Small to medium-sized entrepreneurial companies – hands on profit improvement strategies, best practice benchmarking, process improvement, and cash flow improvement strategies
  • Business turnarounds
  • Larger companies – implementation of internal control policies and procedures
  • Corporate development and acquisition integration

 

Jon has performed and led turnaround projects, acquisition integration, and ERP implementation project management and provided auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and project management services. His clients have included a wide variety of manufacturing, service and distribution environments, ranging from $2 million to $1.4 billion in sales. He also provides business coaching to a variety of finance professionals and executive leadership teams.

Jon is a Certified Public Accountant CPA and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Turnaround Management Association. He founded and continues to chair the Upstate New York CFO Roundtable. He is also an adjunct professor at Cazenovia College. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University.
